Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) are a public offer made by Individual Entrepreneur Vadym Vitalievich Sanzharov (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) to any person who wishes to purchase the Product described below (“Buyer”, “you”). By completing the payment you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Product

The “Complete Psychosomatics Collection” (the “Collection”) is a set of online educational programs by Vadym Sanzharov:

• Psychosomatics of Anger (recorded webinar)
• Don’t Believe, Just Verify! (practical workshop)
• 5-in-1 Psychosomatic Check-Up (10-day program)
• Body Without Stress: A 5-Day Somatic Reset

The Collection is a digital educational product delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Price and payment

• The Black Friday price is USD 249, a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
• The offer is valid until November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM Pacific Time, unless we state otherwise on the offer page.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider, Lava (lava.top). We do not see or store your full card details. Your use of the payment service is also subject to the provider’s own terms.
• Your bank or country may apply currency conversion fees or taxes. These are outside our control.

3. Delivery and access

• Access is delivered automatically after the payment is confirmed. You will receive an e-mail from the Teachable learning platform at the e-mail address you used at checkout, with instructions to sign in or create your account.
• Your access to the whole Collection lasts 5 years from the date of purchase.
• If you have not received your access e-mail within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to sanzharovvadym.global@gmail.com. We will resolve it.
• Access is personal. One purchase is for one person.

4. Your use of the materials

All lessons, videos, texts, exercises, and other materials are protected by copyright and belong to the Seller. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the materials for your own non-commercial education during your access period. You agree not to:

• share your login or give access to other people;
• copy, record, publish, resell, or distribute the materials, in whole or in part;
• use the materials to teach, consult, or create competing products.

If these rules are broken, we may close the access without a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Changes to the Collection and the platform

We may update, improve, or reorganize the materials. The Collection is hosted on the Teachable platform, and your use of that platform is also subject to Teachable’s terms. If the platform changes, we will make sure you keep access to the purchased programs for the remainder of your access period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Educational nature of the Product

The Collection is for education and personal development only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Please read the Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Collection, and the Seller’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Collection. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law applicable to you.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. We encourage you to contact us first at sanzharovvadym.global@gmail.com; most questions can be resolved directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it will be handled by the competent court at the Seller’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to your purchase.
